Works great until you hit the rockets too early and fall out of the sky.

It’s all fun and games until the rockets burn through the wings.

Yes. Imagine having these for when someone cuts you off and you have to slam on your brakes!

Awesome! I thought the one thing I would miss about living near Pensacola was living in between NAS Pensacola and Eglin AFB, because it was so awesome the things I would get to see, but luckily I’m not far enough away from Charleston to see a F-16 or two. The other day I was out in the pool when a F-16 did a low sideways pass, it was amazing. It want ever be as cool as the time I was at a grocery store on the edge of Eglin, and something broke the sound barrier nearby. The metal in the building expanded and popped(didn’t break, just popped). It was insane.

They hit the rockets too early and the plane lost lift, causing it to crash down.

yeah.. one damn creative plan but it sure didn’t go well. That failed mission is part of the reason why we have secret stealth helos now...

The Iran hostage crisis and Operation Eagle Claw , the failed rescue mission pretty much directly resulted in the development of the V-22 Osprey .
